Exchanges & Returns

We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products, however if you are not completely satisfied, and it is within 14 days of purchase, please email us at sales@bamboolulu.com.au or via the contact form.

  • You may return your unused/unworn merchandise with their original packaging, receipt and all tags still attached for a refund of the product cost.
  • Shipping costs on returns are non-refundable
  • Shipping costs to Bamboo Lulu for exchange or refund are at the customer’s expense
  • Re-shipping costs for an exchanged item is at the customer’s expense
  • We cannot accept returns that arise from customer negligence, misuse or change of mind.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable/non-refundable items.
  • A re-stocking fee may also apply. You will be advised via email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund or exchange has been approved or rejected.
