Shipping

Bamboo Lulu currently ships within Australia only.
International customers are welcome to contact us and we will advise a delivery charge based on weight.
We are unable to ship to USA and Canada at all at this stage.
We will post all orders within 2 business days of receipt of payment.
We use tracked Australia Post parcels and from time to time may use a tracked courier service.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we cannot be held liable for the costs for re-sending orders.
We want to make your shopping experience worthwhile saving you time and money. When you think about the cost of fuel, looking for a car park, and getting the kids some lunch, our attractive flat rate postage charge is well worth saving your sanity for!

  • Flat fee of $8.95 for parcels less than 5 kg being sent within Australia.
  • Free Shipping on all orders over $75.

We try to use packaging products that have been recycled or can be recycled, however we want to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition so it may not always be the case.

Australia Post’s standard delivery time for parcels is between 2 and 6 business days, but can be up to 10 business days.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details of your order, plus you will receive tracking updates directly from Australia Post or the courier company (where applicable).

Please note that Bamboo Lulu nor the shipping company will be liable for any damages or loss of goods if ‘Authority to Leave (ATL)’ is requested with your order.
